TRANSFER INFORMATION
Transfers to the airport take place nonstop around the clock, and there is no additional cost associated with any of these transfers. Only the courtesy bus will transport you to the south terminal; if you are leaving from the north terminal, you can use the monorail service, which is also free of charge, from the south terminal to the north terminal. If you are departing from the south terminal, the courtesy bus will only take you to the south terminal. To get to the south terminal on the courtesy bus takes around five minutes, and buses leave every ten minutes.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
After you have parked your vehicle and taken a seat on the courtesy bus, you should get a ticket from the barrier and keep it safe until you return.
RETURN PROCEDURE
After you have been transferred back to the car park, drive to the exit barriers, input your admission ticket, and then leave. This is provided that your booking reference is printed on your entry ticket. If the term “Cashier” appears on the entry ticket instead of your booking reference, park outside the exit office and swap your entry ticket and email confirmation (or cite your booking reference) for an exit ticket. This is only necessary if the word “Cashier” appears on the entry ticket.
