Why Should You Choose National Express?

National Express

Express coach service to major cities and towns throughout the United Kingdom is provided by National Express, one of the country’s largest coach companies. National Express, which has been operating since 1972, is now one of the most common methods of transportation in the United Kingdom, serving over 19 million customers annually. Over 3,800 miles of routes are operated by the company’s fleet of over 1,800 coaches, making it one of the largest in Europe. National Express is an extensive transportation network that provides regular coach services in addition to airport transfers, train replacement services, and school transportation. As a company that places a premium on passenger safety and satisfaction, National Express is frequently chosen by those in need of intercity transportation within the United Kingdom.

Due to the epidemic, several school excursions had to be cancelled this year, leaving many pupils disappointed. Yet, how significant is its impact? Aren’t field excursions supposed to be fun for the students? Not really necessary, but nonetheless great to have while in school.

Holidays in Bristol

You may save time and money by booking your holiday with National Express and visiting Bristol’s hotels and attractions in one low price. Bristol is a fantastic destination for a weekend getaway or longer vacation, and below is a sample itinerary for your visit.

  • Day 1: This bridge is to Bristol what the Golden Gate Bridge is to San Francisco; it is an iconic aspect of the landscape and is distinctly Bristolian. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is located in the Clifton neighbourhood of Bristol. Brunel’s design for the bridge, which spans the magnificent valley that the River Avon flows through, was groundbreaking at the time, and it continues to be a marvel of engineering today.
  • Day 2: Banksy’s Legacy – Banksy, who is considered to be the most famous street artist working in the world today, has made hundreds of thousands of pounds off of the sale of his artwork. Because he was born and raised in the area, several of his most well-known works are still scattered across Bristol’s neighbourhoods. During a walking tour of the city’s street art, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about Banksy and other emerging graffiti artists.
  • Day 3: Brunel’s SS Major Britain – Step onboard the world’s first great ocean liner, Brunel’s SS Great Britain, and experience the most incredible time machine ever created! This historic steamship, which was the idea of honorary Bristolian Isambard Kingdom Brunel, is at the centre of an award-winning tourist attraction that has received multiple accolades.

 Where to eat

Za Za Bazaar:

Za Za Bazaar is an all-you-can-eat restaurant, so fill up to your heart’s content! The largest restaurant in the United Kingdom features cuisine from all five continents and a lively “night market” atmosphere, making it ideal for large groups of people. There are several of Bristol’s top attractions within walking distance of Za Za Bazaar, which is located on the gorgeous Harbourside.

Three Brothers Burgers:

Skip the dress code and come as you are at Three Brothers Burgers if you prefer a more casual dining experience. It is located on Welsh Back, in the centre of Bristol’s “Beermuda” triangle, and serves a variety of burgers, hot dogs, and craft beers, as well as shakes, sundaes, and floats. You won’t find a finer spot to eat some hearty, home-cooked classics as the summer nights draw in.

 Where to drink

King Street:

The beermuda triangle, as the street is lovingly known by locals, is lined with restaurants and bars and is also home to the Bristol Old Vic, a world-renowned theatre. King Street Brew House has a fantastic selection of beers, some of which are made on the premises, while The Old Duke features live jazz every night (and Sunday lunchtimes).

The Grain Barge:

The Grain Barge, which is moored in a picturesque area of Hotwells, is full to the brim with personality. Its three levels provide excellent views of the Harbourside and are within sight of Brunel’s SS Great Britain, making it a wonderful area to unwind and people-watch. They have a great selection of craft beers on tap from some of the most innovative breweries in the country, and they have a lot of different shows, from stand-up comedy to live music.
